I maintain a private practice in Phoenix where I work with adults, adolescents, and families. I have completed advanced training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) as well as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy training through Polaris Insight Center. I have taught graduate courses at Arizona State and Grand Canyon Universities as well as contracting with Maricopa County schools to develop and implement trauma informed classrooms. Additionally, I am a certified as a Family Trauma Specialist through the Arizona Trauma Institute.
As a graduate of Arizona State University, I have over 10 years of experience as a clinical social worker. As a psychotherapist I am passionate about supporting clients in a safe and non-judgmental space. I am a whole person-focused, trauma informed clinician who believes everyone has the power within themselves to heal. I often utilize several modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Poly Vagal Theory.
